Scott is a native Tennessean and has proudly lived in Nashville for over thirty years. He earned a degree in Occupational Safety and Health and has spent the majority of his career in property management and senior living, including experience as a licensed senior living administrator. Over the years, he's been responsible for keeping properties safe, well-maintained, and comfortable for residents, coordinating repairs, performing maintenance, and overseeing contractors to make sure everything runs smoothly.

A big part of his work has been developing and managing preventative maintenance programs. These programs help keep buildings and systems in good condition, prevent costly emergencies, and ensure that residents and tenants have a safe, comfortable environment. His hands-on experience in property management has also given him practical skills for general repairs and handyman work, from routine maintenance to troubleshooting problems and supervising specialized contractors to make sure jobs are done safely and correctly.

 

Family has always been at the center of his life. He has been married to his wife, Millie, for 28 years, and together they have four children. Being a devoted husband and father has taught him patience, planning, and leadership in everyday life as well as in his professional career.

 

His experience, both personally and professionally, has given him a strong foundation of responsibility, reliability, and problem-solving skills that he brings to everything he does—whether managing a property, supporting a senior living community, or handling repairs around a home.
