Annual Home Physical
Every year, your home is thoroughly inspected from the foundation to the roof, including appliances, the hot water heater, and other major systems. After completing the inspection, we review the findings with you and prioritize them together—ranking each item from cosmetic to critical—so you can make informed decisions with confidence.
Quarterly Maintenance
From dryer vents to A/C filters, four quarterly visits cover the critical - but tedious - tasks that keep your appliances running longer, safely and effectively. Not all materials are included with your subscription.
Handyman On-Demand
Our in-house technicians can handle projects like hanging art, grout repair, and drywall patching. You receive two hours of handyman labor with your subscription (additional hours are $96/hour).
Digital Home Records
Think Carfax, but for your home. Every service, repair, and maintenance visit is carefully documented—complete with before-and-after photos, appliance records, and owner’s manuals. Many members use this comprehensive history to showcase their home’s exceptional care and increase buyer confidence when it’s time to sell.
Project Management
With HomeCare, you only need to make one call, and we’ll manage everything for you. We can help oversee bigger more complex contracting jobs like roofs, ac units, add-ons for a 10% managing fee. We’ve got you covered, allowing you to focus on what truly matters to you.
