All-Season Coverage

Our quarterly home maintenance visits focus on proactive care for the essential systems and appliances throughout your Nashville home. Regular service keeps everything running smoothly, reducing unexpected breakdowns and minimizing reactive handyman calls. While major repairs can’t always be avoided, routine maintenance helps catch issues early and prevent unnecessary headaches.

 

The program is structured around the four seasons—spring, summer, fall, and winter. Each visit combines core services performed year-round with seasonal tasks tailored to the weather and climate. This thoughtful, year-round approach allows us to stay ahead of potential problems, protect your home’s long-term condition, and give you confidence that your property is expertly cared for in every season.

Every Quarter

  • Sanitize garbage disposal

  • Sanitize washing machine

  • Sanitize dishwasher tub

  • Clean dishwasher filter

  • Check for pest and signs of infestation

  • Replace light bulbs as needed

  • Replace air filters

  • Water softener maintenance

  • Leak check under sinks, toilets & hot water heater

  • Check fire extinguishers pressure gauge

Spring (March, April & May)

  • Open crawl space air vents

  • Oiling garage door rollers, springs, and bearings​

  • Check AC emergency pans

  • Clean air conditioner condensers

  • ​Degrease vent hood filters

  • Check outdoor faucets for leaks

Summer (June, July & August)

  • Clean fridge condensers

  • Treat AC condensate drain lines 

  • Descale and clean undercounter ice makers​​

  • Replace refrigerator water filters

  • Replace refrigerator air/odor filters 

  • Clean dryer vents

Fall (September, October & November)

  • Descale tankless water heaters

  • Flush tank water heaters

  • Clean water inlet filter (washing machine)

  • Furnace check

  • Degrease vent hood filters

  • Clean sink faucet aerators

Winter (December, January & February)

  • Treat sink, tub and shower drain lines with drain cleaner

  • Replace refrigerator water filters 

  • Close crawl space air vents

  • Replace smoke detector batteries

  • Replace carbon monoxide batteries

  • Descale and clean undercounter ice makers
